I am looking for the antecedents of MARTHA BURRELL born 2 Aug 1775 daugher of JOSEPH BURRELL & CHARITY LUSS in St. Mary's Newington Surrey UK. She was ?married to JAMES PAGETT.Jame was born in 1770. Was tried for stealing on 12 January 1786 and transported to Australia on the SPEEDY in 1804. She had a son JOHN BURRELL born in 1797 ST Marys Newington & domiciled in the prison at SOUTHWARK, LONDON and christened on the hulk Britannia(3). He married MARY HORTON on the 3 April 1820 in Windsor NSW and they had 13 children.He died on 22 April 1844 in Richmond NSW Aust. She married THOMAS SHARP a soldier in the 73rd Regiment of Foot 1 Battalion who sailed on the Sugar Cane in 1793. He died 29 Jan 1823 in Richmond NSW.
