Searching for my birth parents/sibling/family I was born 8/6/54 in Hartford, Connecticut. I was in foster care for the 1st 9 months of my life because my mother couldn't decide whether or not to release me for adoption. My first name at birth might have been Candace - I'm not sure. My mother and father dated for several years prior to my birth and when my mother told my father she was pregnant he informed her that he was married. My birth mother was a high school graduate and my father was in the military. I have dark brown hair, brown eyes and an olive complexion.
