I am looking for the father and ancestors of George H. Corley, born ca. 1811 in TN. George, his sister Elizabeth and his mother Elizabeth were in Blount County, AL by 1834. Mother Elizabeth was born in South Carolina. His sister Elizabeth married Peter King in Blount County in 1834. George married Elizabeth Hudson in 1835. Their mother married Laban James in 1835. I am looking for information on where they came from, what happened to George's father, and ancestors for his mother and father. I have been looking for this information for many years so any and all information will be greatly appreciated.
