I received a certified death certiicate from N.C. Vital Statistics today re: George T. Tate, my husband's bioligical grandfather. He died in the State Hospital in Raleigh, N.C. after living there for 10 years, 4 months for killing his wife Sallie, and then shooting himself 5 times in Cliffside N.C. in 1930.
