I am searching for my birth mother.Her name was Elizabeth Mary Leslie Pinkerton although she is now married with 3 children, so I don't know her married name.I had been in contact with her parents but lost touch about 20 years ago. She lived in Corby at the time of my birth, I was born in Hamilton, Lanarkshire on 10th January 1958 in a maternity home. My uncle who lives in Corby knew her parents. My mum always told me that my adoption was a private one which makes me think that my uncle had something to do with it, but I haven't seen my uncle for about 35 years and other members of my family are no longer alive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
