I am a male searching for my birth parents and any siblings I might have. My birth certificate states my birth date is July 12 1973 and that I was born in New Orleans LA (Orleans parish) at 12:12 p.m, birh weight was 6lbs 7ozs. No hospital is named. The doctor that delivered was T.C. Dampeer Jr. I was placed in Volunteers Of America July 16 1973. My adopted parents were from Iowa, Louisiana. The adoption was finalized May 15 1974 at New Orleans Civil Court. I think my birth parents were from Arkansas, maybe Alabama, and that I may have an older sister. My birth parents last name may have been Walton or Waldon? I have blue eyes and brown hair (blonde as a child) and I stand about 5ft 7in tall.
