I am helping a friend look for his twin sisters. The girls were taken away from their mother as soon as they were born by the Welfare Department, and put up for adoption. The girls were born on June 28, 1968 at Bloomington, Indiana. Their names at birth were Rosa and Donna Linthicum. We have recently found out that they were adopted at Paoli, Orange County, Indiana.
