My name is Debbie and I am trying to find my birth mother. Her name was Joan Mitchell and she had a twin sister called Ruth. I was born in Adelaide on 12th March 1966 and adopted by Betty and John Winchester when I was a few weeks old. My adoptive parents are English and we returned to England approx 1971. I know that my birth mother visited me on occasions up to when we returned to UK. I expect she would be in her late 50's now and Mitchell would have been her maiden name. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
