I am looking for my and my twin sister's birth father. My mother's name at our birth was Edith Jane Mays (went by Jane). My mother will not give us a name of the fater only a Joe Evans, but I'm not sure if that is correct. Conception would have taken place sometime between September and August of 1981, in houston or Cleveland TX. I'm desperate to find someone who knows something about this. My mom isn't talking.
