I was born August 12, 1953 in Houston, Texas at Herman Hospital. My adoptive parents took me home at age 2 days. I know nothing else about my adoption. It was probably a private adoption arranged by our family physician, Dr. James Sammons, from Highlands, Texas. I would just like medical info to pass on to my children and now a grandson.
