I was born July 12, 1966 at St. Joseph Hospital in Fairbanks, AK. My birth mother was Joyce Ann Smith. She was 27 at the time of my birth. On my Birth Certificate from AK it states that her usual residence is 3838 Zuckaseegee Rd, Charolette, NC. I am Female and the doctor who delivered me was Paul L. Stuck, he also arranged the adoption to Don and Olga Rawlings. I am searching for my birth parent(s). My local certificate is *-**-1025. The judge was Donna L.
