When I was ten I discovered my mother's adoption records for a little girl under the name BABYGIRL URBAN. the dates would have been 1969 or 1970. Perhaps Licking county where she was attending colllege. There was information on the fathers name, but I do not recall. This person may have been born with a braclet with a name that starts with the letter A. This person would be my half sister and I would love to find her, my mother will not speak of this, but I know you are out there and if any of this sound close please contact me.
