I am searching for a step-sister born around October or November 1963 in Phoenix Arizona. Her name was Lisa. She was born at home and she became ill with an ear infection according to the woman who assisted my mother in childbirth. The midwife's name was Mrs. Herrera. Since my mother was not in any condition to care for Lisa she turned the baby over to children services. I do not know what name Mrs. Herrera gave for Lisa.
