Adopted female searching for twin brother/ birthparents; Born December 10th, 1968 - 7 mos. premature, Bloomington,IN - adopted through Monroe County Dept. Public Welfare 1969-70. I was told social worker, Sharon Surbeck(?)supervised my adoption process. I have fair skin, dk hair-lt green eyes. My birthmother possibly attended college in Bloomington, approx. 18 y/o at that time.
