I am searching for my mother's birth parent(s). She was born Baby Girl Finkbeiner on September 29, 1948 at Bay Osteopathic Hospital in Bay City, Michigan. She was adopted by James and Bernice Kerr of Midland, MI when she was 2 weeks old. The adoption was handled through Bay County Courthouse. Dr. Stewart delivered her.
