Seeking family of L.T. Brown and Ida May Wade who married 1890 at Crawford County, KS. Father of L.T. Brown was Henry Brown. L.T. Brown born in Illinois. Do not know when or where L.T. Brown died or where they lived in 1900 census. Two known children of L.T. and Ida May (Wade) Brown: Beulah Bernice Brown who married John H. Harrigan (a well documented family) and Clarence Wilkins Brown. Clarence moved to Colorado where he mined silver, then moved to California. We believe he died somewhere in California in the late 1960's or 1970's but don't know for sure. Ida May (Wade) Brown remarried in 1913 to Charles F. Wells, a clerk with the U.S. Indian Agency. They were in Apache Co., AZ in 1910 at the Ft. Defiance Indian School; then around 1925, moved to the Tuba City, Coconino Co., AZ Indian reservation. Per the 1927 Wade Family History, Ida Mae (Wade) Wells moved to Ventura, CA. She might have died in Los Angeles Co. in 1937. All help is appreciated. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
