I am looking for information on William M. Lucas born 1827 or 1848 in NY and Mary Jane Ashcraft born 1841 NY. They married before 1860and had two children - daughter Elloa Lucas born 1861 in Michigan and son William Leroy Lucas born 1869 in IL. This is my husbands family and I can not go back any farther.
