I am a white female, born on June 20, 1964 and was given up for adoption. I know nothing about myself, nor my biological family (mother, father, siblings???) other than I was born at Ohio General Memorial Hospital in Wheeling, WV and adopted at the age of 1 week through Catholic Charities Adoption Agency. I would just like some closure on my life. Who were my parents? Do I have brothers and sisters out there? What is my genetic make-up? Are there any health issues that run in the family? I am not out to ruin lives or to look up long lost "family" as my adoptive family is "mom and dad". I was blessed in that respect, my family is really decent. My adoptive parents named me, the surname is Merz. My family once lived in Ravenswood, WV until aprox. 1966-1967 when we moved to the Columbus, OH area.
