My mother and I are searching for a half sister was born on feb 16 1978 in Allentown Pennsylvania at Allentown Hospital, my mothers maiden name was Stroup. Her current name is Donna Stroup. which is what was put on the birth certificate, my mother named her "Angie" and was adopted out of Topton Lutheran Home in Pennsylvania. She would have brown hair and brown eyes.
