Hi Looking for relatives or direct descendents of Mr and Mrs William Wallace (Virginia?). Mrs Wallace was one of two women (second lady Mrs George Farris) who were saved from drowning in 1948 by an Australian seaman (Elwyn Hepple). The Granddaughter of Elwyn is seeking contact with persons that may be children of Mr and Mrs Wallace or perhaps other relatives that may know of the event. Mrs Wallace may have at some stage remarried and become Mrs Lawrence. The near drowning occurred in Chesapeake Bay. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
