I'm searching for my birth mother. My given name was Sammy Lee Nakahara. I was delivered by midwife at my mother's family home in Kure, Japan in September 1957. My birth mother's name was Ryoko Nakahara. She was born in 1939. My birth father was Leroy Arthur Martin. I was adopted by Norman and Mary Godfrey in Fall of 1959.
