I am trying to find information about William Penninger. I do not know of any middle name. He was probably born in Lewis County, WV around 1910-1913. In the early years of his life, he was a glass worker. I have found him listed in the 1930 Census of Lewis County, WV. He was 17, and was a glass factory worker. Father's name was James and Mother's name was Mary. I would like information on his marriage and any children. Also, I could not find a death certificate, so I do not know if he is living or not.
