I am searching for my birth mother and siblings who are older than myself. I would have been the 5th sibling in the family. My birth date is August 6, 1957 and I was born at Grant Hospital. My birth mother's name at the time of my birth was Helen Claudette Yingst and they lived on Perry Street in Columbus, Ohio. I was told that my parents were not married and that my father (who is not listed on the birth certificate) was an officer in the Air Force out at Lockbourne AFB. I would very much like to have information regarding my medical history.
