our mother died in 1995. she left behind a daughter that she had not seen since the day she was born. she was adopted out of the edna gladney home for unwed mothers around september 19th to the 22nd (somewhere around those days). in 1961. i believe she was born what is john peter smith hospital now in ft. worth texas. the edna gladney home for unwed mothers in ft. worth texas is who arranged the adoption. the baby girl (who my mom would have named cynthia diane had she kept her) had black hair and blue eyes and weighed around 6lbs. 6oz. my sister who i have never met was so loved by our mother that there was not a day that went by that she was not thought of or loved. our mom was in nursing school when she got pregnant, and was shipped out of town literally in the middle of the night to ft. worth to finish the pregnancy. it has been 11 years since mama died and i have never had no real closure concerning her death. she died relatively young and very suddenly. she was someone who loved and cared about everyone. there is so much information i need and even more information i could share. please help!!!!!! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
