I am looking for my Grandson Timothy Allan Wiggin born Oct. 25, 1989 at Clare Hosp' Clare Michigan. Sandy brown hair Big Blue eyes last Time I saw him with his brother Anthony At Catholic Family Services Bay City Michigan, Taken by his mother by the state because of an abusive relationship and lies told in court, by his mothers accusers. He also has a brother Matthew in Cadillac, Mich. and a Sister Terilyn, being raised in California. Timothy's father gave up his rights to Timothy as at the same time Daddy had several other women pregnant. Timothy was a very intelligent, child, with a hands on learning type of interest, and a love of cars, music and needed a lot of love and affection.
