I am looking for the descendents of both William Smith and his siter, Ruth Smith. Ruth was married twice, once to Joseph Wise and later to Abraham Brown. William died in Nov 1899 and Ruth in Jan 1931. They were both born in Liverpool England to David Smith, a sailor, and Eilzabeth Smith nee Grierson. David died fairly young and the three children, including my great grandfather, David, were sent to Canada as British Home Children to work. William was married to Ellen Drysdale and had a daughter, Johanna Smith, who married William James Salter in 1924. Ruth had at least one child, Clarence Brown.
