I was born in Dothan, AL at Moody Hospital in 1949. Thomas Wayne Mott is my given name on the birth certificate, my birth mother was listed as Virginia Ruggs and Charles Robert Mott as my father. He was possibly in the Navy. I was adopted when I was 6 months old. The birth certificate states that I have an older sister. I would love to know anything about my sister and my parents.
