I am a female adoptee searching for my birth family. I was adopted through LDS Family Services in Frederick, Maryland. I was born on November 8, 1984 in York, Pennsylvania. My birth mother was around 15 or 16 and my birth father was around 17 or 18. The name given to me at birth was Julia Rose Tibbs. I have brown hair and green eyes. I believe both of my birth parents had brown hair and brown eyes. My birth mother was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I do not believe my father was a member.
