I am searching for birth parents and any other possible siblings. I am a female, born Oct. 15, 1978 in Libertyville, IL at Condell Memorial Hospital. The doctor who delivered me was Dr. Bellucci. I was adopted privately. I have been told that I may have a twin that was born Oct. 14, 1978. My birth mother was 16 and her last name may be Martell. Birth father was 20.
