I was born August 7, 1982 at the Medical Center in Columbus, Ga. My birth mothers name was Tracy Carmack at the time and I was told she lived around West Point, GA or Valley, AL ( somewhere in that area). She was either 15 or 16 at the time of my birth. The doctor that delivered me was Dr. Ward, who is now retired. That is the only information that I have. Please let me know if you have any information!
