I am trying to track down my family history on my father's side. I know my Grandmothers maiden name was Petit (Getrude Petit) - brothers were Lucian, Al and Charlie. Her fathers name was George Petit who married Rose Ann Anctil. There is also a Charles Pettitt in the family who lived from 1736-1806 and was in the Revolutionary War. I am not sure how Charles Pettitt and George Petit are connected; hoping someone can help me fill in that gap of time from 1736 - roughly early 1900's when my grandmothers father was born. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
