I'm trying to find some information on my husband's grandfather, Ovid Fernandes, who was born in 1904. He lived in Georgetown, Guyana and married Muriel Tucker in November 1931. He had a brother called Cyril who emigrated to Trinidad & Tobago. Ovid's mother's name was Mary Gomes and her family originated from Madeira.
