I am hoping to find information regarding the BUGEJA family from Zebbug in Malta. All I know is that Joseph (Giuseppe) Bugeja was born in Zebbug on 19th March 1894. He was the son of Michael (Michele) Bugeja (of Zebbug) and Georgia Camilleri (of Qormi). Joseph came to Britain in approximately 1908 (apparently as a stowaway on a ship), and settled in Cardiff, Wales where he married a Mary Loughlin (1906-1960) in 1931. Joseph died in Cardiff in 1965. If anybody has a connection to this family, or has any advice on how to trace the family back further I would love to hear from you.
