I'm a adoptee looking for my birth parent(s). The information I have is Loraine Kulakowski who gave birth in 1967 in Kingston Pa.as my birth mother. She tried to recuse the adoption via her attorney, Carmon J. Maffei on Nov. 3rd the same year. The habeas Corpus was denied. The respondent was Michael C. McHugh ESQ. This moition was filed in Orphans' Court Luzurne County. Doc # A-1514. This motion was not granted and custodt went to the Culvers represented by Ben R. Jones III.ESQ.
