ISO Birth daughter, born on May 4, 1968, at MArtha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Va. She was born at 6p.m. and weighed 6 lbs. I was a 19 year old college sophomore at that time; her birthfather, Richard Amerigo Cappellari, was a 21 year old college senior. The delivering doctor, Benjamin Word, told me she would be adopted by a middle-aged couple who could have no children. The adoptive father was allegedly a college professor at U.Va. She would remain in the hospital until MAy 12, 1968, when she would be given to the adopting parents for Mother's Day. Two weeks after the birth, I signed relinquishment in an atty's office, arranged by Dr. Word. My greatest wish has always been to be reunited with her.
