I am looking for anyone who may have genealogy information on the Mattox family that came to Carroll County MO in the 1840's. My great great grandfather was Thomas Mattox and his wife was Temperance Mattox who lived near Carrollton. I am trying to find out more about him, who his parents were, etc. He was born in TN, came to IL about 1920 and to MO in 1843 or 1844. Thank you any help. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
