Girl, BORN DECEMBER 19th, 1985 in Sioux City, IA at St. Lukes Regional Medical Center, attending physician was J.L. Bristow, LOOKING FOR MY BIRTH MOTHER!!!!, She named me NOEL when I was born, My name is now Nichole, any help would be greatly appreciated. She has to be out there somewhere but I was adopted through a closed adoption. I often wonder why she would sign a paper saying she didn't want to be found????? I could never do something like that even if I did ever give a child up. Maybe the times were different then or maybe it is just because I know how it hurts to not be able to find someone who is your own flesh and blood, the women that gave you life.
