I am a 29 year old female searching for my birth mother,birth father,and birth siblings.I was born to a Debbie(last name unknown,but possibly Clark)in Cedar City Utah at Valley View Medical Center on April 7 1979.The grandmothers name is Wilma Sowder, could also be going by Wilma Clark.Birth mother's name is Debbie, aunt's name is Tawnya, uncles name is Jimmy (who was killed in a motorcycle accident). Debbie's step sister was Katie Clark, and step-brother was Melvin Clark.I was given the name's Rodger Ruhlow and Frank Thrower as people who may be associated with her. The woman in the picture I have posted is my birth mother Debbie. I am told the man is Roger Ruhlow. Debbie was married for a short time to Virgil W Boyer.
