Looking for sister who was adopted at age 2 in Gainesville,Ga.She was born December 2,1966 at The Hall County Hospital,It's now called Northeast Georgia Medical Center.Her birth name Was Teresa Lynn Mooney.Born to William,Fannie Mooney.Her Last name could be Stowers or Gowder. I would love to meet her.my parents at the time were unable to take care of her.Any information would be appreciated.
