I am looking for my son, Kenneth David Millen. I gave birth to him on June 10th, 1966, Scarborough General Hospital. Adoption took place through Catholic Children's Aid on Maitland St., in Toronto. The adoption was finalized on February 24th 1967. Kenneth was adopted by a French Canadian Father and an English Mother. I believe his adoptive parents also had a biological daughter who was about 5 at the time. Kenneth's adoptive parents were married in the 1950's.
