i am searching for my biological mother she is african canadian very beautiful smart and was attending the university of toronto in 1967 the year i was born her family was from jamaica and had migrated to canada prior to 1967 she is about 5 '7' long hair and attractive i did receive non identifying information but thats all i know of her her father was the chief of police in a town or city in jamaica at the time. my grandfather was asked if he would adopt me and he refused to help my mother so i was placed in a foster home when i was just weeks old from there i was adoped by eileen and marcel pepin . eileen adopted herself was helped and assisted by her mother lena jobin who at the time worked for the toronto catholic childrens aid avoiding screening of course. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
