I am searching for a half sister born 10/24/1949 in Buncombe Co. NC. My sister was left at the hospital for adoption by her mother. The attending doctor was Dr. Otis Duck who was a practicing physician in Madison Co. NC at the time. The birth mother was a native of Madison Co. NC. My sister has a very nice large group of sisters/brothers who would like to get to know her. We have been searching for a very long time.
