I am seeking any information on two of my ancestors: William Pinckney Best (b. 1808 in NC, died in 1875 in Illinois)and, his wife Permelia Jane Thomas Best (b. 1810 in SC, d. about 1870 in Illinois) The two were married in 1828, probably in Rowland, Robeson County, NC.
