I am searching for my birth father. I believe his name is Vaughn Leventhal and he was employed at the Toledo state hospital in 1966-1967. I am also searching for 2 siblings and I believe the names before they were adopted were David and Jamie Foulke . They were adopted out of lucas county.Our birth mother was Linda Smith and her name changed to Linda Hoadley. I was born 12/29/1967 at the maumee valley hospital in the Toledo,Ohio area. I have found the birth mother and the a sister born in 1964. I am still looking for the other 2 siblings and my birth father. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
