Hi, I’m looking for information you may have on WILLIAM GILES, b 1796 in Georgia, married MARY Unknown, b 1805 Georgia Children were; William, 1830 Ga JAMES L. 1833 Ga Mary, 1835 Ga Joshrinia, 1838 Al Martha, 1840 Al Nancy, 1843 Al Sarah, 1845 Al WILLIAM, 1796, first appears on the 1840 Census of CHAMBERS County, Alabama. Is in RANDOLPH County Alabama in 1850 and 1860. In 1860, James L. Giles is in Chambers County, age 27 working as an overseer for a Wilson Family. James L. Giles is in Clay Co. Alabama in 1870 with his new family. (MIRANDA MICTCHELL WILKERSON, B 1847 RANDOLPH COUNTY ALABAMA.
