John Tiernan married Eleanore Sheeran (possible know as Ellen)at Roscommon on 10th February 1845. I believe they moved to England to the Dudley area. Children baptised in Dudley Thomas 1848,possibky died 1849, Peter 1850, Ann 1853 and Mary 1856. Godparents named:- Michael Glinn, Margaret Sheason, Peter Sheason. The English Birth Index register spells name as Tearnon. Death of John Tearnon 1857. Problem is the name is spelled differently on every occasion and I have been unable to identify them on the 1851 census. By 1861 Ellen has remarried to a Thomas Morris but children still Teasnan. Does anyone have any information on any of these people? Are they all members of the same family? I believe that Ann is my great grandmother. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
