I'm looking for information on three different branches of my family. The Massey family of Bessemer Alabama (father patriarch Henry(?)) wife supposedly a Curren or Curran she died in 1963 0r 64 The Ingles of William Edward Ingle born 1909 Oct 31 grandaddy had sisters Francis, Helen, Lorinne, Lita, Annie May and a brother Harold . I beleive all are dead now. The Leatherwoods specifically my grandmothers parents Her name was Fannie Lillie Leatherwood(born April 1, 1917) she had sisters Viola, Myrtle, Biggie(twin), brothers Paul and Wallace all of these are also deceased. we know very little about grandfather his father was Elbridge Gary Ingle His mothers name may have been Jane there is also a Cherokee connection and one to NC>It may be where they all came from. The most I do know is that the Masseys were in Bessemer in the 1800s, the Ingle and Leatherwoods may have been either in Tuscaloosa Cty Ala. or in North Carolina. I would appreciate any help you could give me. My Uncle Charles INgle has the family Bible and will not relinquish it.
