I am searching for my birth parents/family. Baby girl born on September 4, 1967, in Bay City, Michigan, possibly at Mercy Hospital. I believe Catholic Family Services handled the adoption. The adoption was finalized on November 8, 1968, in the Bay County Probate Court, Judge Raphael G. Phillips. I had blue eyes and blonde hair when I was born. I have no other information. I would mostly like to know my medical history for my children and myself.
