I'm searching form my mother Maria Del Carmen Bolivar. I was born on September 4, 1976 at Casa de la Madre y el Nino in Bogota Colombia. My name at birth was Cesar Ordonez. My mother was 22 years old and her nationality was Colombian. She was Cathloic and had the education of primary school. I also have her identiy card number and her finger print. My mother was a grocrey store worker and my father was a fire fighter. He had the education of primary and secondary school. They were unmarried. The reason for the adoption that is stated in my papers was "they were not qualifyed to take charge of the boy" I was adopted into the Herman family in the U.S. 3 days after I was born. My adopted mother stayed in Bogota, Colombia for 3 months with me. I have a book written about my adoption. The book is called Baby From Bogota by Lois Herman. As a 31 year old male now. I am 5'3" dark black stright hair and dark brown eyes.
