Cody Alexander Neace is the name I gave him but his adoptive parents, known only to me as Dan and Beth, named him Riley. He was born Dec. 23rd 1994 in Columbus Ohio to me, Kristi Neace. His father's name, who signed papers relinquishing his parental rights is J.D. Baccus, also from Columbus OH.Also, since my divorce from my husband was not yet final, my husband at the time Rick Lee Neace also of Columbus OH had to sign away his rights as well.
